This Settlers Walk website has been designed to assist it's owners, residents and prospective buyers in gaining more knowledge about the community. Settlers Walk  is the catalyst for much of the commercial development you see north and south of the community.   Grocery shopping at Dororthy Lane  Market, gas or a tune up at the Marathon station or perhaps a good meal at the China Cottage, BW3's, Max and Erma's, Donatos are all within a good walk or short drive from our community

Situated on over 500 acres, Settlers Walk has 10 neighborhoods to choose from, whether it's a condominium, life style home or a more traditional home, we've got it. Settlers Walk has prices starting in the low $100's up to about the $600'S with everything in between. Over 4 miles of walking trails span the interior of the community while the pools, tennis courts and lakes are spread thoughout the community.
